The Guje of Garavot, are some gorges present in Valchiusella about sixty kilometers from Turin. They are two mirrors of water connected to each other and surrounded by bluish rocky walls smoothed over the years by the river current.
In the course of the time the Chiusella river, affluent of the Dora Baltea that is born from the Monte Marzo, has dug the Throats of Garavot. The more experts can also make immersions or snorkeling in the small lakes to admire what reserves the backdrop that reaches the depth of 9 meters.
The gorges can be reached on foot through a path that starts from the provincial road that goes towards Traversella.
For diving enthusiasts there is the Goja del Pis, the Orrido di Sant’Anna or the Cascata di Fondo in Valchiusella.
