Military Costume Museum
Remarkable is the number and value of the pieces collected, all authentic, properly placed in an exhibition space that allows to fully exploit them. The exhibition is aimed at scholars of military costume, lovers of local history or, more simply, those interested or curious about the past.
Many of the uniforms preserved in Rivalta are relics linked both to the history of Italy and to the events of some families of Piacenza. The uniforms are divided into ten thematic groups that illustrate the Italian military costume, and cover a time span from the Risorgimento to the Second World War.
