The Mosigo Lake is a wonderful destination to take beautiful walks and to relax. Not for nothing this area is also called the "green lung of Cadore". Numerous migratory birds have found a home here on the long road to the south. The suggestive rocky walls that surround the lake of Croda Marcora, Antelao, Sorapis and Pelmo, frame this splendid landscape. Lake Mosigo is located just 10 minutes walk from San Vito di Cadore, surrounded by the Belluno Dolomites, and can be reached by a footpath. The lake can also be reached by car, through the main road. Coming from Cortina d’Ampezzo, about 500 m before San Vito di Cadore, on the right there is a deviation to the lake.
