Roccabianca | Distillery Museum

A few hundred meters from Roccabianca Castle there is a distillery that produces distillates and liqueurs. For several years the perimeter of the Castle has been used as an ageing cellar for distillates and liqueurs contained in Slavonian oak barrels. Over time, the cellar was emptied and transferred to another more suitable one, but several barrels that testify to that period have remained inside the castle. There are also distillation columns and bottling instruments in the visiting circuit. To underline this close union at the end of the visit there is the possibility of a small tasting of distillates and liqueurs produced by the nearby distillery.
