The Truffle Museum and Documentation Centre is divided into four sections, the first dedicated to the mystery of the truffle between esoteric beliefs and scientific knowledge. In the second section the visitor’s five senses are stimulated to enter into a relationship with the tuber, in the third section the visitor can enter inside a giant truffle, in the fourth section the culinary uses are illustrated.
In November 2005 the Documentation Centre with its multimedia stations was inaugurated. The whole area covers 250 square meters along which you can access a path to discover the "diamond of the table", made of history, popular beliefs, senses and scientific foundations.
