Palace Mannajuolo is a palace in Naples located in Via Filangieri, in Chiaia and represents one of the most successful examples of Art Nouveau architecture in the city.
The building was built and designed by Giulio Ulisse Arata with the collaboration of engineers Gioacchino Luigi Mellucci and Giuseppe Mannajuolo,
the palace was built between 1909 and 1911. The main characteristic of Palazzo Mannajuolo is the central staircase that has an ellipsoidal shape, and is unique in the city.
From Via dei Mille you can see the large and beautiful glass facade.
The palace, moreover, extends over five floors for four dwellings each and in addition to homes for private use, also houses a large number of important commercial activities.
