Lake Scanno appears as a heart drawn in the nature of the wild Sagittario valley, in Abruzzo. Nestled among the Marsican mountains, at 922 metres above sea level, it is an enchanting place to relax and hike among small churches, in the midst of spectacular nature where wolves, bears and red foxes live. Its clear emerald green waters can be bathed and navigated with boats and pedal boats; there are no beaches but slopes of the land that allow you to reach the shores.
