The Cathedral Church has rounded and soft late lines on the facade, perhaps due to a restoration following earthquakes, the portal is still sixteenth century. On the facade appears St. Michael, the Saviour, St. Antonino to whom the Church is dedicated. In the interior there are no longer the frescoes lost due to the earthquake of ’80. It still preserves the Madonna di Montevergine, the Baptism of Jesus by Solimena, the Savior by Domenico Vaccaro and the wooden Crucifix previously preserved in the Goleto.
In the crypt there is the marble altar that was previously in the Goleto and a painting with the Madonna del Latte, one of the few representations that have been saved of the Virgin with bare breasts.
