The beautiful Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve is an immense oasis near the Mont-Blanc massif, rich in scenic wonders. An ideal balcony over the Mont-Blanc range, this 33 km² protected area is also of great value for its fauna (Golden Eagle, marmots, ibex, more than 70 species of migratory birds) and its flora (peat bogs, rhododendron moors, spruce on the south side, larch on the north side).
A botanical trail will lead you through this rich biotype, with the wonderful backdrop of Mont Blanc.
The area is so wide and varied that it deserves a visit of at least two days: you can visit its mountain lakes, including the spectacular Lac Blanc or Lac Bleu.
