The WinEx Wine Museum is a permanent exhibition dedicated to the vine and wine processing cycle, with over 500 historical objects, starting with some authentic Etruscan, Roman and medieval finds granted by the Archaeological Museum of the Tuscan capital. A Roman dencanter, a "kantharos" Etruscan (cup), an amphora from the 1st century B.C. and a medieval jug: these are four of the most precious elements kept at "Winex".
The Museum offers an interesting exhibition on the history of wine from the vineyard to the cellar, it is the first exhibition dedicated to wine that is not linked to consortia and companies. WinEx consists of two rooms entirely dedicated to the celebration of all the elements that lead from the vine shoot to the bottle of wine.
