It is still almost intact in its interior: the narrow streets, often surmounted by arches, the balzuoli (external stairs to access the upper floors), the Piazza XVIII Novembre on which dominates the Rocca Aldobrandesca, imposing defensive construction, make Giglio Castello a charming destination, the unique charm. Up here, among other things, it is particularly pleasant to enjoy the coolness in the clear summer evenings.
