Crostini Toscani, also known as Crostini Neri, are pretty well known throughout Tuscany, so if you’re looking for a particularly "Tuscan" appetizer on your menu list, this is a safe bet! It’s a liver pate (usually chicken, although in more creative recipes there are other ingredients added), served on slices of baguette-type bread.
