The Morteratsch glacier

The Morteratsch Glacier is the largest glacier in the Bernina massif in Switzerland. The glacier is about seven kilometres long and on its way down it drops about 2000 metres. It is fed by the Pers Glacier. The water from the glacier flows into the Ova da Bernina, which in turn is a tributary of the Inn.
