In Veneto, in the province of Verona, there is the Oil Museum of the Oleificio Cisano, a family that has always been dedicated to olive growing and that, at the end of the 80s, gave life to a didactic path with various exhibitions of ancient instruments, furnishings and tools used in different periods. Thus you can find the lever press in oak wood, or the oil press operated by a water-driven wheel still working: all enclosed in the company’s headquarters in Cisano di Bardolino.
