It is part of the Museums Network of Maremma, the Oil Museum of Seggiano, which offers an innovative route that starts from the large cistern on the walls that houses one of the most fascinating installations in the sector. It is the aeroponic olive tree, a tree recovered from a landslide and suspended in this space with all its roots, powered by aeroponic technology, i.e. by water vapour. There is also a 19th century oil mill and an oil shop where it is possible to taste and buy various level oils.
