Joyce Museum of Trieste

The Joyce Museum of Trieste was born from an agreement between the Civic Library "Attilio Hortis" and the Department of Humanistic Studies of the University of Trieste. The Museum is conceived as a dynamic structure in continuous evolution and intends to continue to increase our knowledge of the Joyce-Trieste relationship and the fundamental role that the Adriatic city has in fully understanding the life of the Irish writer and his works. Its objectives are to collect material of all kinds concerning the period spent from Joyce to Trieste and to promote knowledge of Joyce and the Joyce-Trieste relationship.
