The church of Sant’ Andrea, one of the oldest of Gualdo Cattaneo, paid tithes since the thirteenth century.
The external structure,in blocks of sandstone, is in good condition, while the interiorhas undergone much damage in relation to the sixteenth centurystucco. It’s paced in a scenic and isolated location, near thecity walls, a space whose elements (stairs, ladders, paths, hanginggardens) are together an example of a city-planning of thethirteenth century.
