Zabov – Liquore Zabaglione all’uovo or rather we should say Zabov Moccia. Zabaglione" egg liqueur, from the typical Italian recipe based on milk, fresh egg yolks, sugar, little alcohol, only 15 degrees and a pleasant taste of brandy. It is a sweet and energetic liqueur: it can be drunk hot as a corroborant, natural or cold at any time of the day.
It is 1946 and a young merchant from Ferrara, driven by a passion for innovation, with great courage decides to leave the tranquility of the family business to undertake an entrepreneurial activity and founded the "Distillerie A.R.P.A. di Mauro Moccia Sas" company for the "production and marketing of liqueurs, syrups and similar", creating the original recipe that has become known throughout the world.
Since March 2011 this famous Ferrara liqueur has been included among the traditional food products of the Emilia-Romagna region.
