Kodinza is a simple and tasty cake prepared with raw materials that have always been cultivated in the Belluno valleys.
Kondinzon is a product created as an alternative to fruit preserves. It is a puree of local apples which is made into a sheet and left to dry in the sun without adding sugar. Sponcio maize, a product at risk of extinction, is a local free-pollinated maize with a characteristic eagle-bill shaped grain, hence the dialect name Sponcio. It is processed exclusively with stone grinders. The Feltrina walnut owes its fame to its thin shell, its sweet flavour, its low tannin content and its good oil content: all elements which make it a valuable product.
