Trengwainton Gardens near Madron, owned by the National Trust, surround a large country house on the outskirts of Penzance. These restful Gardens, 25 acres, are renowned for their collection of Rhododendrons and Azaleas – at their best in the early spring. The garden is also noted for its collection of exotic trees and shrubs and offers views over Mount’s Bay and The Lizard.
