The Sky Garden, London’s tallest roof gardens, is located on the 35th floor of 20 Fenchurch Street, the City’s newest skyscraper also known as the Walkie-Talkie because of its narrower shape at the base and wider at the top. And it is precisely the top of the glass building, which is three storeys high, from 35th to 37th, that is set to become one of London’s top attractions.
Conceived as a public park in the City of London, a ploy to make the project of a building that was located within an architecturally protected area less invigorated, The Sky Garden is open to all to spend pleasant leisure time, but only during office hours and after booking; the garden opens to the public at 10 am and closes at 6 pm. From 6 pm onwards access is reserved for customers of the bar and two restaurants in the structure.
