Located close to the borders with Poland and Belarus stay one of the most beautiful natural attraction of Eastern Europe. Its maximum depth is 58,4 meters and it is the second largest lake in Ukraine. Sviiaz Lake belongs to the group of Shatsk’s lakes in Volyn region. Compared to many other lakes which are not friendly to tourists, Svitiaz stays one of the most popular places among the visitors who seek for a wild and beautiful beach, clean water (the transparency of water in Svitaz is amazing, even 8 meters below the water surface!), and outstanding landscapes.
