The memorial to the Veterans of the Vietnam War is dedicated to the American military personnel who died during the Vietnam War or were missing in action during the war. The memorial consists of three parts: the Memorial Wall of the Veterans of Vietnam, the sculpture "Three Soldiers" and a memorial to the women of the Vietnam War. To your left and slightly ahead is the memorial to women in Vietnam, a monument to American women who participated in combat activities. Because most of these women were nurses, the sculpture shows three nurses in military uniforms saving a wounded soldier.
