The Leaning House

The curious Schiefes Haus is the striking “leaning house,” now used as a hotel, which overlooks the Blau River and, because of its slope, almost seems to fall into it. This typically German half-timbered house from the 1400s entered the 1997 Guinness Book of World Records as the “crookedest” hotel in the world, complete with a commemorative plaque on the facade issued by Guinness World Record. Absolutely a must-see during a relaxing stroll through Ulm’s “fishing district”.
