In the Dome Room you will see the Hungarian Crown Jewels on display. Here you will discover various anecdotes about the founding of the Hungarian state, the history of the jewels and the guards who promised to defend the crown at the cost of their own lives. If you are lucky, you will also see the changing of the guard. The Hall is
hexadecagonal, i.e. it has 16 sides on each of which there are statues of 16 historical sovereigns: Arpad, King St. Stephen, King St. Ladislaus, the princes of Transylvania and the Habsburgs.
