Geographical Garden is a 14-hectare adventure park and botanical garden in Kolding. The Garden has more than 2000 different trees, shrubs, plants and animal pens.
A 100-year-old garden with large old trees, sculpted shrubs and a variety of perennials, herbs and not least roses, can be seen in the garden. You can experience the award-winning Rose garden with over 500 roses, a rosarium with historical roses and a number of wild roses, introduced by Aksel Olsen, the founder of the garden.
The garden has many guests of all ages. The little ones are especially fond of the garden’s animal pens with goats, ponies, chickens and other animals. There are two playgrounds and a jungle path for you to explore.
A very special experience is Kolding Mini City, which is a collection of 400 miniature houses that illustrate the urban environment that was in Kolding town from the period 1860 to 1870. Retirees build all houses and like to tell all about this particular area in the garden.
