The Fountain of Sellaria (or Selleria) is a baroque fountain in Naples located in the square of the Great Archives, but originally located in Piazza della Sellaria. The fountain consists of a polygonal-shaped white marble basin and piperno, set between two piers, externally decorated with two masks.On the inside, instead, other two small basins supported by volutes collect the water coming from the mouth of other two masks.On the main side, it is possible to admire the royal coat of arms, with at the sides those of the viceroy and of the city. On both sides, on the arches, there are two tombstones, one with the motto "molo mori quam fodari".at the sides of the fountain, there is an urn and, on the outer side of the piers, a decorative mask from which, once, water came out.
