At the foot of the skyscrapers of Porta Nuova, the fountain, created by the Argentine architect César Pelli, recently inaugurated, is six metres above the street below, the one that starts from Porta Garibaldi and becomes Corso Como. For this reason from Gae Aulenti it is easy to admire the skyline of Milan: the Bosco Verticale, the Galfa Tower, the Garibaldi Towers and the Lombardy Region Palace. With the water reflecting on the ground of the square, a play of mirrors of rare beauty is created.
