The churro dog is an ice cream sundae made to look like a hot dog. The cinnamon- and sugar-covered churro — a fried-dough pastry — acts as the hot dog, and a long, chocolate-glazed donut cut in half forms the bun. Instead of traditional hot dog toppings like ketchup and mustard, the churro dog is topped with three scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt, whipped cream and chocolate and caramel sauces.
