The church of Saint Lambert, of Gothic and Renaissance style, underwent an important restoration from 1967 to 1975. The tower was built in 1720 on a 16th century first floor. On the south side, the ogival portal is surmounted by an armorial stone bearing the coat of arms of the "de Ligne" with the motto "Tant que dure". The interior of the church bears witness to Barbençon’s rich past: funerary monuments of the great glass and marble masters, high altar, baptismal font, etc. The rood screen supports an organ restored around 1900.
