In this small room on the ground floor, in the tangle of the alleys of the ancient village of Teggiano, with an expert guide at your disposal, it is possible to make a very instructive journey through the ancient pharmacopoeia, thanks to a rich exhibition of the numerous species of plants (but also of some animals) used to prepare medicines and medicaments from medieval times to our days.
The exhibition is well cared for, with shelves in which the natural elements (plants and animals) are associated with containers of different shapes and nature according to their use and preparations.
