There are numerous routes that guide the visitor to the discovery of food traditions and contemporary taste.
A real journey through the culture and knowledge of food, a path in the exploration of the senses. The Museo del Gusto® also, together with the Cooking School located in the same building, constitutes the ARGAL – "Centro di Valorizzazione del Prodotto Tipico" whose aim is to promote the value of traditional products that are the essence of the territory.
