Speleo-Archeological Museum, located in the modern complex of MIdA 01 in Piazza De Marco in Pertosa, documents, in its layout, the submerged archaeological site of the caves, with the pile-dwelling system unique in Europe; it also tells about man’s relationship with the underground world starting from prehistory and the use of caves as mines, residents, stables, places of worship.
