The museum Casa Natale di Luigi Pirandello collects photographs, reviews, first editions of books with autograph dedications, paintings dedicated to Pirandello, posters of his works, represented in theaters around the world. Next to the house where he was born, where exhibitions dedicated to the great man of letters are periodically held, is the Library. Moreover, through a small path, it is possible to reach the hundred-year-old pine tree so loved by the writer, under which Pirandello used to stop for hours, paint, write and where he wanted to be buried, next to a stone cippus of Rupert Atenea, which bears the following inscription: ‘… both the cinerary urn brought to Sicily and walled in some rough stone in the countryside of Girgenti where I was born’.
