Sarma, the exquisite rolls in vegetable leaves

Sarma is a famous Sarajevo dish: dolma rolls (cabbage leaves or other vegetables) filled with minced meat, rice and cereals. Before being filled, the leaves are boiled in boiling water enriched with meat, herbs, onion and spices. After being made, the dumplings complete cooking in this broth and served with a side of sauerkraut, salad, tomatoes and yogurt.
