Is Arutas ( Cabras ) is a beach formed in millions of years by the erosion of the island of Malu Entu (or Mal di Ventre), its beach is composed of many multicolored quartz crystals, but mainly white and pink, the size of grains of rice, a unicum that must be carefully preserved, because there are no new contributions and the whole coast is unfortunately in retreat. The water is transparent as we are used to in Sardinia, the sea is very pleasant for surfers on windy days (when it becomes dangerous for bathers).
