Recently restored, the Sapignoli Mill is now a museum of milling art, and gives the thrill of seeing it in perfect working order. It documents how important this territory was for the Malatesta family, as a reserve of their economic power and specifically as the granary of the Seignory. A splendid building that represents the gateway to the "Via dei Mulini della Valmarecchia", it has several exhibition rooms in the former warehouses and stables as well as a large millstone room, while outside there is a beautiful park of over 5,000 square metres.
