Romagna Pagadebit is characterized by a predominantly dry flavour. Well-known since the 70s, today it is enjoying a renewed interest as it is served with light or simple dishes, in particular fish dishes from the Riviera. It also goes well with soups, velvety creams, as well as with pasta, both plain and with seasonal sauces."Romagna Pagadebit DOC" wine is obtained from vineyard grapes having the following ampelographic composition:
Bombino Bianco: minimum 85%;
Other white grape varieties allowed for cultivation in the Emilia Romagna region can contribute: maximum 15%.
