The Museo Romagnolo del Teatro e degli strumenti musicali is an Italian museum located in Palazzo Gaddi, Forlì, in the richly decorated rooms on the ground floor. The collection includes materials, instruments and memorabilia relating to musical and theatrical life in Forlì between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries and its protagonists. The original nucleus consists of objects of various kinds, such as photographs, stage costumes, letters, coming from the donations of the heirs of the Forlì tenor Angelo Masini and the soprano Maria Farneti. Also on display are relics of the Municipal Theatre of Forlì, built by the architect Cosimo Morelli, inaugurated in 1776 and destroyed in 1944 following a bombardment. In fact, on the walls of the main entrance hall are set two bronze medallions bearing portraits of the famous Forlì singers Giuseppe Siboni and Eugenia Tadolini, originally located inside the lost theatre.
