The restaurant serves a delicious country sausage called isterband and other traditional Swedish dishes like roe deer with lingonberries, goat’s cheese, fennel, and potato cakes. The influence of the German monks who supposedly founded the restaurant is visible in their excellent collection of beer and ale.
