It is hard to forget the stocky and archaic appearance of this ancient Roman Puente, characterized by its heavy buttresses and imposing arched structure. This massive pedestrian bridge is topped on the southern side by the Torre de la Calahorra. Instead, looking northwest from the centre of the bridge, you can see the Puerta del Puente and the majestic body of the Mezquita. As already mentioned, we recommend that you see the bridge from the top of the Alcazar viewpoint.
