Mustaccioli are sweets with a rhomboid shape, a pale violet colour and a flavour of wine and spices. To prepare them, you need: flour, sugar, Barbera wine, cloves and cinnamon powder.Mustaccioli, already in use in the 1800s, were produced in the villages of the valley floor throughout the province of Cuneo. The origin of the product can be traced back to Revello, in the Po Valley, where it is still produced.
