Pici with garlic

Pici all’aglione is a traditional peasant dish, originally from the Val di Chiana that combines two great elements of Tuscan cuisine. Pici – a rustic pasta format, made with only water and flour – and aglione, a variety of garlic grown only in the southern part of Tuscany, larger than garlic, but with a more delicate flavor.
