Monte Vidon Combatte is located in an enviable geographical position, about 20 km from the Riviera delle Palme with its golden beaches, about 30 km from the Sibillini Mountains, perhaps the most legendary of the Central Apennines, and also within easy reach of two important historical and art cities such as Fermo and Ascoli Piceno.
The territory in which the municipality lies was famous in ancient times for its fruit and vegetable and wine production, and even today this vocation is demonstrated by the fertility and generosity of the land. Pliny for example testifies that the wines of Piceno were famous and excellent, especially those produced in Agro Palmense, which corresponds according to historians precisely in the hilly air of Monte Vidon.
