Fruit of years of research of ancient museum repertoire and embellished with numerous finds of the first Family Factories, the private Museum de "The Pasta Factory of Gragnano" dedicated by the Moccia Family to all our Estimators, today represents an authentic flagship of the century-old tradition and history of Gragnano Pasta.
Antique wooden presses of extraordinary workmanship, reeds with pasta spread to dry, ancient pasta makers’ dies and instruments, one of the very first wooden trabatti, very rare images and photos of Gragnano, and much more, give a view of a rich and fascinating museum itinerary, which leaves all visitors literally in raptures. More than 500 finds, some of which date back to the 18th century, make up a unique exhibition, which can be visited every day in our factory in the heart of Gragnano… for an evocative "Time travel".
