The Urbani Truffle Museum was founded by Olga Urbani in memory of her father, the knight of Labor Paolo Urbani, who welcomes visitors moved by the world. At the entrance, among Shakespeare’s quotations on the truffle scribbled on the walls, thousands of signatures and dedications of those who passed through these rooms, many touching scenes of an ancient history woven with hard work and sacrifice. Only one sign stands out among them all: "This museum is dedicated to those who manage to renew themselves without forgetting their past. Place of memory, more expensive and more splendid than any other Serbian possession in itself the hope to turn the nostalgia of the past into positive energy to look to the future. Not to forget".
