The Museo delle attrezzature per il Vino Cotto is a museum itinerary consisting of a series of installations and multimedia tools that project the visitor into characteristic atmospheres of the society of the past. The visit begins with the section dedicated to cooked wine, a typical local product, made through a slow boiling process and flavoured with quince. Among the tools and objects on display are wicker and reed baskets, wooden boxes, the wine press and some more specific tools such as the "fornacchiola" and the "skimmer".
