MOO Olive and Oil Museum. Created in continuity of intent with the creation of the Wine Museum by the Lungarotti Foundation, the Olive and Oil Museum of Torgiano is located in a small nucleus of medieval dwellings within the castle walls.It is an ancient oil mill, renovated according to a scrupulous architectural recovery, which houses ethnographic, artistic and archaeological collections dedicated to the world of oil. The Museum welcomes the visitor guiding him in the discovery of all the secrets of the cultivation of olives and the production of oil, including the remote, curious and sometimes little known uses.
