Visiting the MIC means being able to see films, sequences, cartoons until now closed in the archives of the Cineteca.the MIC is the first interactive museum of cinema in Italy where the spectator can, interacting directly with devices and applications created ad hoc, make a film dubbing, sound a film, modify a film poster, deepen his cinematographic knowledge from a vast library (100 hours of footage), use dynamic maps to find out which are the sets of the films shot in Milan and the cinemas in the city, even those abandoned.
The MIC is an innovative experience aimed at all those who want to discover an unknown world and the curious who want to find fragments of a forgotten Milanese cinema. At the end of the visit it is possible to watch the scheduled screenings at the MIC cinema.
Next to the exhibition halls the museum itinerary continues in the Film Archive, where, thanks to the Epson Moverio glasses, you can visit the film archive of the Cineteca through augmented reality, a unique itinerary in Europe!
