The bay of Macarella and Macarelleta is located in the southwest of Menorca and belongs to the natural area of the Área Natural de Especial Interés. Specifically, Macarelleta is a dream bay with fine, white sand, and the sea is a pool of calm, turquoise water. Temperatures are pleasant all year round: it is often possible to sunbathe even in winter.
